Had a family stay over Thanksgiving week. 8 adults 2 grandkids. Everyone had a great time in Nola, location was great and the house was accurately described by the host. We highly recommend for those visiting Nola

Margaret made us feel at home with proactive communication, a house tour, and some starter groceries, sodas, ice, and beers- a very nice gesture. We slept ten (large) guys for a bachelor party / Halloween celebrations comfortably. Everyone had their own bed or sleeper sofa. Location is impeccable- more quiet than most of NOLA, safe, and a few minute walk from popular restaurants and bars in the Garden District. Only a ten minute and cheap Uber ride from Frenchman and Bourbon, as well. The home is also right on a Railcar stop. The second floor two-queens bedroom (above the kitchen) is warmer and seemed to be disconnected from the central AC system, but portable fans kept it comfortable to sleep in. Wi-Fi was challenging to connect to on phones, but Roku TVs were still working fine for college football watching. Ultimately, a great, comfortable experience for a multi-night stay that I would recommend to others or that we would return back to!

For me Margaret's place was absolutely worth what we paid. My 4 adult kids and their spouses each had their own bedrooms as well as my husband and I. The bathrooms were lovely and beautifully stocked and there was lots of common living, alcove and hall space which allowed space for everyone's toiletries to be kept outside bathrooms, thus sharing bathrooms was very easy . The house evoked the flavor of old NOLA & was restored & furnished in a very appealing way. I love the ambiance of old homes and this definitely had it. My kids were delighted by my choice of Margaret's place. We love to all be together and were in town for a family wedding, with my kids flying in from different states. My husband and I drove in from northern MI and it was easy to find Margaret's place and unload our stuff. We ended up parking a couple of miles away as my sister's AirBnB had parking which she did not need. Otherwise,we could have found street parking, and been fine. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Margaret's home on St. Charles Avenue was is such a great location. There was a convenient street car stop outside and was a short ride to the French Quarter. It was decorated beautifuuly and had ample space to accomodate our family for my daughter's wedding. The outdoor deck added to the space and. enabled us to entertain some friends as well. Margaret greeted us with a celebratory bottle of champagne and other goodies and was responsive when we had questions and a minor issue. We all enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this charming home.

The house was great, and Margaret was an amazing host - she was extremely communicative, offered recommendations, and had the house stocked with food and a welcome cake which was such a nice surprise.
