Eric is a great host, very helpful and gracious. The unit is clean and comfortable with a pleasing view. No complaints at all. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Eric's apartment is spacious, very clean, nicely furnished and above all quiet. The balcony is a particular high spot, being quite large and ideally situated for the evening with a view over the pool and golf course. The building is new and well-managed, and the pool is great - best in early morning and evening, but in the shade from mid-afternoon. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a stone's throw from the beautiful beach.

The apartment is stylish, well furnished and is exactly as described. It’s a corner apartment and the balcony is larger because it doesn’t have to house the air-con units like the other apartments do, Eric’s are tucked away in a discreet place. There are bi-folding doors onto the balcony which means you can open the doors and the balcony is an extension of the living room. We never closed the doors at all, curtains closed with Velcro to keep insects away (although we didn’t see that many insects anywhere during our stay) and also keeps the living room cool if you go out during the day. The kitchen area has everything you need if you want to cook yourself, although at £3 a meal, I don’t know why you would. We just ate breakfast in the apartment. There’s a large fridge/freezer and with 3 or 4 supermarkets 5 mins walk away it’s easy to stock up. Although in our case it was more of a beer fridge. There’s a kettle, toaster, job and lots of glasses, crockery and cutlery. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and again, tastefully furnished. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean. Both have en-suite bathrooms with a good shower. Towels for the apartment are provided, you just need to take your own beach/pool towels. There’s a hair dryer, iron, ironing board and plenty of European sockets. The WiFi is good, there’s a TV and sound bar. The pool is spotless and the grounds are very well maintained. The maintenance staff are helpful and when we had a problem with a family trying to reserve sun loungers by putting towels on them, the staff sorted it out immediately. The pool is very nice, but the beach is lovely. Lots of bars who hire sun beds and serve drinks and lovely food and look after you, all this is about 2-300m away from The apartment. About 5 mins walk from the apartment you will find plenty of bars/restaurants (in addition to the ones on the beach) every one of them sell beautiful food, we never had a bad meal. Walk 5 mins further and you can get a small bus into the centre of Hua Hin, this is more lively than around the apartment and there are also the night markets to visit, where the food is also exceptional. I really can’t recommend Eric’s place enough. He provides plenty of information in the apartment, maps and places of interest. He helps with any questions you might have, nothing is too much trouble for him, I know this because I bombarded him with questions prior to our visit! Having said that, he doesn’t bother you in any way, which is nice. Thank you Eric from all 4 of us

Erics leilighet er tipp topp, flott beliggenhet, man behøver ikke nødvendigvis kjøre Aircon!!! Da terrassedøren, vinduer etc kan være åpne hele natten. Leiligheten er velutstyrt. Beliggenhet/Området hvor leiligheten ligger er tipp topp. Vi var der en måned - det gikk alt for fort!!!
