Mariella - Carlos are wonderful hosts. Very responsive, full of local knowledge and always friendly and polite. We felt very welcome in the apartment and they were always willing to answer our questions and help us. The apartment is beautiful and is exactly as described. The view of Las Peñas is really nice, the vibrant colours really catch the sun and the lighthouse is iconic to Guayaquil. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was cleaning supplies provided. It’s perfect for a solo, couple or some friends, ideal for longer stays, we stayed for an entire month and had no issues with the apartment, the building or the area. Building staff were friendly and professional and the building itself is very secure. Well connected, a cheap Uber or a nice walk south along the Malecón2000 will easily guide you to a lot of attractions and popular restaurants in the heart of the city. Gym, pool, residents only roof terrace with sunbeds, jacuzzi, sauna all included with the apartment. We loved it!
