The hot tub and open patio was great to have! Meghan was so nice and responded quickly with all of my questions. Felt very safe and she added sweet touches for our stay such we’re very appreciated!

We chose this house based off location and were not disappointed. It is perfectly located for day trips to surrounding areas. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of walking! Our kids were desperate to go in the pool and want to return in the warmer months to experience it! We were disappointed that we could not make use of the outdoor theater because it had rained previous to our stay and even after 4 days the cushions were still too wet. That being said the beautiful outdoor space really makes this house a hidden gem! Upon arrival the house was sparkling and smelled refreshingly clean! Our only challenges were that we were expecting a full stocked kitchen but there was really only one pot and one baking sheet, which did make preparing full meals tricky but it wasn't a deal breaker! Also, the dishwasher and toaster were not working. The Christmas garland above the sink and small Christmas tree in the corner were very thoughtful touches for our Christmas vacation. Overall it was a wonderful space for our family getaway! Thanks!

Pros: -Hot tub was amazing -cute little place and I could see it being very nice in the summer. -host was very nice and helpful -good location in vallejo, nice and safe neighborhood. Cons: -you dont have the entire house, you have the downstairs only -its not a real 2 bedroom. it is 1 bedroom and 1 living room converted into a bedroom -you cant control the temperature from your "room" -shower wasnt fully cleaned when I arrived, but I am sure this will be remedied by the host.
