Primely situated on Bondi Road, you’ll enjoy a more local position in this seaside suburb—footsteps from the street’s famed eateries and 15-minutes to Westfield at Bondi Junction. Stroll 20-minutes to Bondi Beach, take a dip at the Icebergs or relax at home in sun-soaked interiors. Set across two floors, a mezzanine level houses the primary suite with a second bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Set up your laptop to work remotely, relax in front of the TV and cook meals in the Caesarstone kitchen. A sleek, designer renovation has transformed this apartment into a stylish and sophisticated boutique-style abode. One of only six in a secure block, it's set at the quiet rear on Bondi Road with a Northeast aspect. Open plan living highlights engineered European oak floors and coffered ceilings. Turn on the central TV and sink into the sumptuous Koala sofas, set on a plush rug to keep things cosy in the cooler months. The Caesarstone gas kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, while a solid Carrara marble dining table and mood lighting invites you to enjoy a meal together at home. Two bedrooms sleep four guests, with Dyson hot and cold fan heaters and air purifiers to ensure a comfortable night sleep. A fifth guest can be accommodated on the Koala sofa bed in the living room at an additional cost per night. The mezzanine-style primary suite encompasses the entire upper level, fitted with a queen bed and wall-hung TV for easy viewing. A spacious walk-in closet offers ample space to store your luggage and belongings. Freshen up in the attached ensuite, fitted with dual sinks and double rainfall showerhead. A second queen bedroom is located downstairs with a reading nook and dedicated workspace to set up your laptop for Zoom calls. The main bathroom on this level offers a Roman shower bath with dual shower heads, European tapware and a spacious, mirrored vanity. A concealed washer and dryer can be found under the staircase for your convenience, while you can also enjoy access to the building’s shared entertaining and BBQ area.
Pros: good location, easy street parking, quiet neighbourhood, the living room is decently newer than all toilets and rooms of the apartment. Welcome drink lemonade was a nice touch, thank you. The host team is easy to communicate with. Cons: quality needs quite some room to improve: such as The toilet paper is very rough even worse than public toilet. downstairs toilet seat is loosen, it shakes when sit on. The downstairs bath tub clogged. When shower, the water level will go until ur leg floating with hair and bubble. Most of the Airbnb provide hand wash liquid soap in kitchen, and bathroom. This one don’t. We have a busy schedule daily therefore didn’t bother to ask the host to check on the problems we had. But I would suggest then to fix them before the next guest’s arrival.
Clean apartment pretty well appointed. Distance from Bondi beach 25 min walk on a busy road - uphill on way back but lots of buses can take you to and from. Close to Bondi junction and the train - 10 mins walk. Host was in contact constantly.

Start your day with a takeaway coffee and croissant from François Artisan Baker to enjoy on your 20-minute stroll to Bondi Beach. Take a dip in the ocean or at Bondi Icebergs before embarking on the famed coastal walk to Bronte Beach. For dinner, you can't pass up a meal at Italian hotspot, Totti's, or Sefa Kitchen, serving up Middle Eastern dishes and cocktails.
Bondi Junction is just 10-minutes by foot, where you can shop at Westfield or catch the train into the CBD. You'll be directly opposite Waverly Park where you can make use of the cricket nets, basketball courts and oval or check out the Margaret Whitlam Recreation Centre.
Parking: There is no dedicated parking spot for this apartment, but there is free, timed street parking.
Airport: Sydney International Airport is a 30-minute drive/Uber ride for around ~$30/$50. You can also take a 1.5 hour journey via public transport (bus and train).
Public Transport: The nearest bus stop is a one-minute walk, where you can hop on the 333, 380, or 381. You can also walk 10-minutes to Bondi Junction to catch the train.
