Had a wonderful long weekend to celebrate a birthday. The house is so charming. Its very spacious and comfortable. I will definitely come back!

The house is so welcoming and furnished artfully with the right attention to deatail. Lovely lighting in the breakfast room and the collection of antiques mixed in with modern furnishings just the right touch. The arcitecture itself so lovely with a siund structure. so Wide planked floors painted white, and beams overhead add to the charm. The kitchen was so well supplied with glasses and plates and silverwear and pans and a everything orhanized in such a charming way, a soace easy to work in with light pouring in from all the windows -its a joyful place to gather. The dining room and living room very serene and condusive to cozy gatherings with confortable seating. The bedrooms spacious with comfortable beds and bedding and the bathrooms throughout beautifully done. Everything feels clean and spacious and fresh and open. The back yard very inviting and picnic area and the location was perfect! We were a five minute drive from where my son lives. It was a memorable thanksgiving.

Our stay at Jody's farmhouse was absolutely perfect! For starters, the house is gorgeous and so chic/quaint in one of the most beautiful locations. We spent a weekend here for a bachelorette celebration and one of our favorite parts of the weekend was the time we spent inside the home. A beautiful kitchen where we cooked together and then the dining room/living area was perfect for us to just eat, laugh and be together. It's super close to greenport as well! Took us 6 minutes to get to the village so very convenient! And lastly, Jody was super responsive and super kind. Whenever i had some questions, she would respond within minutes. I would absolutely rent this house again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great place to stay! The house has a lot of space for sleeping and for visiting. There were several places - inside and out - that made socializing easy. Some visited in one area, while others played a game in another. Jody was very responsive to questions and provided great suggestions of area attractions. I highly recommend Jody's place!

Was a great stay for 3 adult couples. House was very clean and very comfortable. The only challenge was that the room with the queen size bed for adults was difficult to get out of if partner was still in bed -- Bed is attached to the wall on one side and thus meant climbing over the partner to get out of the bed.
