我们是工作出差来的这里，性价比很高，而且很安全，我们带了很多拍摄的设备放在家里也很放心，房子离地铁走路大概10分钟，会路过塞纳河，有小超市和小酒吧，三号线地铁去哪里都很近，整体还是很方便的，推荐

房间宽敞明亮，干净整洁。房东人很nice，房间的问题会提前告知，入住期间有问题也会及时和客人沟通，非常满意！

Appartement magnifique avec un style minimaliste et poétique, dans un quartier calme et arboré. Je garde un sublime souvenir de ce séjour. Christophe est arrangeant et très humain. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés je le recommande a 200% !! Paul LP

Christophe is communicative and friendly. His responses to the questions are quick. He let her kind cleaning lady checked in with zero english but we managed to communicate with google translate. We had 2 separate rooms with 1 double bed and 1 bed sofa. The apartment is lovely yet needs some refreshment. No coffee table and seating option other than 2 chairs if you want to use the bed sofa as bed. Cleaning was not supreme since trash and dirty towels from the previous visitors were still there when I checked in with husband cleaning lady. Building was stinky all the time. Kitchen is not really for use, I was told by the cleaning lady not to use personal ingredients other than coffee which is ok. At least I prefer not to have them around, could be stored away. Location is not much central, 10-12min to metro, getting to the city took us 40-50min each time and we ended up taking uber. Price was fair however I’d expect more amenties (like hair dryer) and newer towels and bed sheets.

Location is very nice, you can find supermarket, bakkery, metro station and a nice park by walking distance. If you want to stay a peaceful area, I strongly suggest this apartment. Christophe is very helpful and kind person. We have stay his apartment with our 2 kids(2,5 years). He asked our requirements and prepared his apartment before our checkin.
