Inmejorable estadía! Lugar centrico del barrio las Letras (de los mas lindos), bajas y hay muchisimas opciones para tomar algo y comer. Todo se puede hacer a pie, no se necesita transporte. El departamento un 10! Tiene hasta mas cosas de las publicadas, todo estaba limpio y ordenado. En fin, todo excelente, lo recomendaria y volvería.

Très bon accueil de la part de Nuria, et très flexible et arrangeante. Un très joli studio, avec tout les équipements nécessaires, correspondant parfaitement aux photos. Appartement très propre, en plein centre de Madrid, facile d'accès dans une rue piétonne animée de bars et restaurants. Nous recommandons cet appartement les yeux fermés ! Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour à Madrid. Claire et Zoé.

Five stars! My wife and daughter stayed here and loved the place. They were able to check in early. The bathroom was amazing-large towels, huge shower, new sink and toilet that were spotless. The walls and windows blocked out the street noise. There was construction in another apartment that started at 9 am on the week days, but since they were there during the holidays, they had a few days of reprieve. It was not an issue since they weren’t in the apartment that much during working hours. There was a motion detector inside the apartment at the front door that they noticed during their stay and were worried it was a camera, but as soon as they reached out to her to voice concerns, Nuria came over to show it wasn’t turned on and is only used when no guests are renting the apartment to protect her place from intruders. Nuria took the time to make sure they were comfortable and shared great info on Madrid to make the most of their stay. Nuria is a genuine and kind person.
