Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This 3500 sq ft villa offers gorgeous views of the Costa Rica coastline. From the covered deck, watch turtles mating in the ocean below or the visiting monkeys. As sunset approaches, watch the pelicans fly in formation overhead. At night, star gaze like you never imagined. You are just a short walk away from a cove protected beach where you can enjoy various water sports and a beachside bar. Hike to Gigante town, the local fishing village. Three of the five bedrooms have en-suite baths (all on the upstairs level showers, not bathtubs). The two bedrooms on the main floor have a shared bath which also has a bathtub.

Casa Bella Vista es un lugar espectacular, es la segunda da vez que les visito y espero volver!!
A great home with a beautiful view and all the amenities. Don't hestitae to book for a perfect stay near the beach, local restaurants, and peaceful setting.
Felix qui nous a acceuilli était très gentil et très serviable. Il nous a aidé pour les conseils et les taxis. Très bel endroit. On a eu du plaisir à la plage en bas. À 5 minutes à pied. N’oubliez pas d’apporter votre nourriture et votre alcool sinon c’est loin de retourner plus tard.
El lugar es precioso, la vista maravillosa 😃🤩 pasamos unos días felices conectados con la naturaleza, la atención de Bella y Felix de primera… las playas son quita aliento de lo lindas que son. Tuvimos el agrado de ver y escuchar a una familia de monos congos aulladores 😍🫶… la casa es muy amplia, acogedora… único detalle a tomar en cuenta es tener precaución con las abejas que rondan en el ambiente, más que todo con las mascotas… fuera de eso todos es espectacular 😍.

Getting around
Please remember that you are in nature teeming with wildlife. If you need to get away and relax, many guests are content between the house amenities (jet plunge pool, hammocks, beach lounge chairs, space for yoga and meditation), the breathtaking views and the beach and resort activities and its amenities (restaurant, bar, paddle boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling). You can also walk/easy hike to Gigante town which offers a few restaurants, beach, boating and fishing and a small convenience store. You can ask our house manager to buy you fresh lobster or fish in Gigante town. Beyond that, it is recommended that guests require their own vehicle to venture farther as easy access to public transport is limited. Fresh fruits and vegetables can be purchased in the town of Tola (20 minute drive) and a major western supermarket, La Colonia, in Rivas is a 30-minute drive away. Depending on length of stay and whether you have your own transport, highly recommend you stop at the supermarket, La Colonia or ask your driver to stop there as it is on the way there. At the very least, recommend you purchase a bag of ice at the supermarket or a gas station in Rivas as the fridge does not come with an icemaker.
What to bring: Snorkeling gear, sunscreen, bug spray, yoga mat, your favorite, non perishable snacks, trail mix, etc.
