On the ground floor you can enjoy a large garden with deck chairs, rocking chair and BBQ for parties with friends and enjoy the best relaxing experience. The apartment is composed of: - 2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom with shower - kitchenette - large living room with sofa bed - Unlimited high speed WIFI included! The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. In the ground floor apartment there is a large garden equipped with every comfort, such as deck chairs, rocking chair, BBQ and tools, table and umbrella. There are some sea equipment such as an umbrella, mats, and some folding chairs. There is also a bicycle for walks on the cycle path. Discover your holiday: Your experience will be based in Fertilia, a pretty and peaceful village with all the services of a city, not far from Alghero. The distance of just 5 km between these places is characterized by the longest, white and thin beach of Alghero, bordered by the pine forest equipped for jogging and lunch area. From home you can go down to the flat rocks where you can swim, or reach Punta Negra beach in 3 minutes on foot. It is also possible to reach the other renowned beaches such as Le Bombarde, Il Lazzaretto and Mugoni by public transport in just ten minutes. But Fertilia is also a place of culture. We have two important archaeological sites: the Nuraghe Palmavera, and the Domus De Janas. While in the surroundings you can visit the famous Caves of Neptune, the Ziggurat on Monte d'Accodi, and the natural parks with breathtaking views such as Capo Caccia and the Foradada island. Alghero e le sue spiagge sono favolose, città con una proposta ristorativa varia e per tutti i gusti. Ma quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata sicuramente la location in Fertilia, paesino tranquillo ideale x una vacanza di relax. A tutto questo aggiungete Giulia padrona di casa impeccabile e la vacanza diventa FAVOLOSA.
Giulia's place is simply wonderful, great location close to the seaside for those who like to swim on a rocky beach, well located in the little town of Fertilla close to supermarket, cafe and restaurant, basically everything you need in Italy and also 5 minutes by car to amazing sandy beach. Fertilla has planes above sometimes because the airport is close, but it did not bother us too much, as the place was so nice. The flat has everything one needs, and together with our little son we had an amazing week there. You can cook, you can wash your clothes, there is a very nice garden, beds are comfortable. Giulia is a kind and helpful lady and we very much enjoyed meeting her. Warmly recommended, we will definitely be back.
ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra l'appartamento si trova in un luogo tranquillo e silenzioso Giulia è una host molto gentile e disponibile, la casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare e passare giornate di relax, difronte hai il panorama del mare che ti rilassa solo a guardarlo il giardino è molto bello e curato la nostra bimba si è divertita molto a giocare in piu c'è la griglia per fare la carne e mangiare fuori sotto il sole, noi abbiamo anche collegato la tv smart al nostro account nexflit e abbiamo guardato dei film nelle giornate di pioggia seduti sopra il comodo divano in sala, anche se non c'è il condizionatore la casa è molto ventilata basta aprire le finestre scorre molta aria (occhio a fermare le porte se non sbattono forte)abbiamo anche avuto la visita di un gattino con il quale la nostra bimba giocava, difronte a casa hai il posto auto gratuito praticamente vedi la tua auto dalla finestra. A 3 minuti a piedi c'è un supermercato dove trovi tutto il necessario, Alghero si trova a 15 minuti e le bellissime spiagge distano 10/15 minuti di macchina che dire raccomando al 100% questo alloggio e soprattutto per la professionalità e disponibilità di Giulia.
