房子是在一個小山丘上，是個很有歷史味道的舊村落，幾步路就到了沙田市中心，鬧中取靜，景色別致，有香港現代與傳統交錯的味道。窗戶正對著一棵大樹，每天早上都在綠意中醒過來，特別愜意。 屋主Sven是個很熱心的人，從第一天到最後一天的住宿，都非常體貼，並且給予很多幫助。不論是提行李，或者朋友來借宿，又或者一些生活上的小問題，都替我解決。第一次到香港，就碰到這麼熱心的屋主，很幸運。 住在這裡的一個月，房子打掃得很乾淨，平常也不喧鬧，回家的時候可以得到很好的休息。房子裡面的設施也很好，雖然屋子不大，但是該有的設備都有，而且還有專用洗手間，讓我感到很舒適。總之，是個讓人可以安心的小窩。 真的要感謝Sven願意讓我待在這裡一個月。

I originally planned to stay at Sven’s for a month but it turned out to be a few months due to the covid situation. Sven was very nice, extremely accommodating and friendly throughout my stay. There were many complimentary things he offered throughout my stay. I’m very grateful in choosing his house. As described, it’s quietly situated in the mountain but only 5mins walk to Shatin mtr. Every morning I wake up to birds chirping and squirrels running to my window. I will definitely come back again. Thanks for having me Sven! I would highly recommend him to everyone!

This is the best travel experience I have had so far. Sven is always available at phone and always replies my messages quickly. Sven is very warm and friendly. The house is super clean. All the facilities, such as the electric kettle, the washing machine, the water heater, and the air conditioner, are amazingly good. The location of the house is wonderful and the nearby traffic is very convenient. I truly wish to thank Sven for being a great host.

What a fantastic place to stay! Sven was extremely welcome and a fantastic host. From the moment I arrived, I felt like home, as Sven offered me to use everything inside the house and provided tea in the room. The mattress was very comfortable and Sven had a few pillow selections for me to choose. The room was clean, bright and well furnished. Sven was very well organised and prepared a booklet with pictures, links and videos on how to use the amenities inside the house and the to do and not to do lists who was very thoughtful. Thank you Sven, I will definitely be back to stay with you guys!
