The overall stay was good and the property is located about 10 minutes away from the centre and ski lifts. We were a total of 8 people and managed to stay comfortably, having access to two bathrooms was very useful and one of the reasons we had decided to stay here. The free shuttle bus is closely located as well as the nearby spa which was marvellous, we were allowed free entry for an hour and would definitely recommend it. We also made further visits and they were very accommodating regarding the booking as it allows for much needed privacy at the spa. Marco was very helpful with regards to organising the ski lessons, rental of equipment as well as the late check in time. He was very communicative and always responded to our queries promptly and this was much appreciated. The overall experience however, was a bit tainted by the service we experienced during check in and check out. During check in we were just given the keys, provided information regarding the ski rental and lessons and were shown where the ski store is and they left. We then had to call the owner to get the wifi password and understand where things are located ourselves. Unfortunately, nobody had explained the policies or the customs of the place. Given that nobody explained the policies we did not know the procedure for check out, only just the check out time. As we prepared for check out we had cleaned the tables and put all the rubbish in rubbish bags in a corner, even though we had paid a very significant cleaning fee. We had also left our luggage on the side inside the apartment, as we had agreed with the owner since our taxi would be arriving 3 hours after check out. As soon as the cleaning lady arrived we returned the keys and left. As we were leaving she started calling us ill mannered and shouting at us as we left the rubbish bags inside. She also started shouting at us for leaving the luggage inside, which we had already agreed with the owner. We were then told to leave the bags in the ski lodge which is unguarded and unlocked. When we confronted the person that was in charge (who is not the owner) he said that it was custom for Italians to take out the rubbish when leaving and disregarded the entire complaint as it did not matter. We had no problem complying should they have told us a priori in check in or informed us in a polite manner by the cleaning lady. At the end, we were forced to spend the last day going around with the luggage and rendering the planned activities useless. It's a pity that events turned sour especially on the last day, or else this would have been a much more positive review. After contacting them through Airbnb, they did apologise for the miscommunication so it was appreciated that they recognised their fault in this matter.

The apartment was close enough to town to walk but far enough away to need the bus if you are skiing. The apartment was missing basics I would have expected , such as washing tablets for the dishwasher, scrubber for the sink and cloths to wipe down. When we arrived we only had 5 towels for the 8 guests and the bed frames were very loose in all the rooms. We asked them to fix it but nothing was really done. When we tried to use the washing machine we were told its not included in the rental despite being on the website. Overall it worked for this holiday but I know from previous visits to livigno that this property is below the standard available. Sorry but wouldn't recommend it.

It is a very convenient apartment, close to village and bus stop. Adults and teenagers enjoyed the stay.

Marco is a very friendly and helpful host and he was always reachable. Also, the check-in was fine despite our late arrival. The apartment was big with three separate bedrooms and two toilets. The skiing tracks were reachable with the public bus in a couple of minutes and the bus stop was 1 min away from the apartment. A couple of things that also should be mentioned is that the walls were thin, thus we could hear the neighbors quite well. There was only one key for all of us (6 people), which made it a little difficult.
