If you never stayed in a loft, especially in Manila, then come to Margas! 38th floors high and the view was a vibe! Love the communication she had and how helpful and adjustable she was! The washing machine in the unit helped out so much! i wish the TV in the living room was bigger and had a 180-degree mount to point toward the seating near the window. I also wish there was a TV in the bedroom as well. the bathroom has a cellular and wifi deadspot so be prepared not to get any service there. the water pressure on the shower is low and the shower is closed off meaning the water will splash out. The neighbors weren't a bother at all. I played music at a loud but respectful level. Once the guards know who you are they become very friendly. The location is in the heart of Ortegas so there is lots to do, especially eat. She also accommodated my 2 brothers last second, which is a plus. All in All, I can see myself staying here again.

I strongly recommend staying at this place. The actual layout and lighting are much better than in the photos. I love the large windows overlooking the beautiful cityscape. There's a washing machine, kitchenware, daily necessities, so you don't need to bring too much extra stuff to check in. It's clean and tidy, with sufficient internet signal and hot water. The building has four elevators, so you don't need to wait too long. The security guards are all friendly and kind. It's conveniently located for transportation, and buying daily necessities is not a problem. The key point is that the landlord is not verbose and doesn't disturb. There are no complicated rules, and my inquiries are always quickly answered, which makes me feel at ease. This is my first time using Airbnb and my first time in the Philippines. I really like this place and it has left a very high impression on me! I will definitely come back. Thank you sa mga hardworking na manggagawa ng Pilipinas. Mahal ko kayo : )

Marga's residence impressed me with its cleanliness and well-equipped amenities. Marga, being understanding, handled a TV accident gracefully. Conveniently located within walking distance of Robinson's Galleria, the building also boasts reliable security. The WiFi proved dependable, allowing me to work seamlessly during my stay at the Airbnb. I highly recommend it.

We had a delightful stay at Marga's unit. It was exactly as described and reflected in the photos, although had more amenities. Checking in was a breeze and the security guards in the lobby were also nice and greeted us each time we went out - one of them even helped us flag down a taxi. The unit itself was very clean and smelled nice once we checked in. The bed was comfy and the loft area was very roomy with lots of storage options. The kitchen had complete appliances and the living area was also comfy. Internet speed was also good, so we were able to work as well. Overall, I recommend Marga's loft and would book a stay again in the future.

Marga’s place caught our attention as the loft looked good in the photos. Upon check in, the room and space looked as it is in the photos and it was tidy!! It had everything that we need from appliances, utensils, tv, internet, washing machine, etc. It was also closeby many convenience stores, malls, and other restaurants and facilities. Loved everything about our stay!! :)
