The folks there were great. They were accommodating and the surroundings were beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is for an extension that was never approved, despite the host telling staff to tell me it was no problem and it would be approved. The host lied about that and since my luggage remained on property I had to rebook with a price increase of over 50%. I can't say I was surprised since I saw the whole thing coming as the situation was unfolding. On top of that, the host gave the same incorrect door code he had given me the first time. Thankfully the cleaning crew gave me the correct code before I left for the day. The place itself is fine but communication from management is atrocious. There were also multiple gunshots nearby at around 11pm. I might have stayed longer had my request for extension been properly accepted as I was told on the phone. Also, none of the the phone numbers for the property management worked. I can imagine the host coming up with some fabrication saying this is me retaliating for something. It's not. The place and cleaning crew are Ok. The host is not.

The place is ok and properly advertised. It's shared accommodation with a very spacious common room and a common bathroom. Things were clean and the only thing I really missed was a locker (there were none) and more height between the bunk beds. The communication from the host was a nightmare. On check-in day I got a message saying I was staying in different number bed than the one stated in the description. This was problematic due to many reviews by the owner mentioning guests taking up the wrong bed. The door code in the instructions didn't work. On any of the 4 doors in the house. Eventually the host responded with a correct code for a different door than the one he mentioned on the instructions, saying clearly that the code he had provided was correct. It was not. All of this was avoidable and other guests had similar issues. Then there was the extension process...

They have a beautiful house, however there was an incident where I was placed on the bottom bunk of the wooden beds.. Their hours of operations are from 10-9.. I sent a message around 8 stating if it was ok to switch to the double bed next to it.. mind you it took him 45 minutes to respond and during that time I sent him several messages via the number and the app with no response.. I finally sent a message to Airbnb because it was getting closer to that time of no communication designated by the owner, and he responded hey buddy we have a life outside of work, which I replied about his message in the app stating any communication after 9 will nor be responded to.. I just thought that was very rude and disrespectful especially when I was trying to be cordial.. not only that he never even offered to let me sleep in any of the other empty beds, I had to ask for my refund and then ask if I could just sleep in the other empty bed in the room.. honestly even as cheap as the room was, I felt like if I was a different person he wouldn’t have made that comment to me, I won’t be requesting to stay at another one of his properties for sure..

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was really clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Highly Recommended!!!!
