Giulia and her family were so welcoming. They offered pickups from the station on arrival and there was ample car parking. The villa was clean and homely, with comfortable and adequate seating provision for 15 people. Unfortunately the pool was closed as it was too early in the season, but there were lots of other things to occupy our time with. They catered a lovely dinner for us on our last evening.
Amazing place with plenty of space for large groups of people. Well equipped with plenty of things to do on the site - restaurant, swimming pool, games etc. Beautiful view of the region. Excellent breakfast and very accommodating staff. Also, perfect for organising wedding celebrations, both large and small - so it was perfect for us!

Guilia’s home was a beautiful place to stay. There were 8 of us, with plenty of space for another 10. The villa is divided into separate apartments, each with its own bathroom and kitchenette. It seemed to once have been a B&B establishment. The main space has a commercial kitchen, so if you like to cook, this is a treat. The kids loved the pool, as the entire depth is about 4 feet, which enables hours of pool games under the hot sun. Guilia and her family live in the house next door and run the restaurant in the property. We had beautiful & delicious meals from their restaurant, they catered a very special private birthday dinner and provided any groceries/ wine that we asked for. The restaurant cooks by by a beautiful wood burning oven, her husband hand-made perfect pizzas, gifted us garden produce, and 3 jars of jams from their trees . It was all very lovely and we loved our time there. The nearby town of Amelia was stunning, too. Away from the tourists and all magical!
We had a magical time staying at the holiday home. I went with a large group and it was a perfect vacation. A beautiful house located right next to a charming town. Also make sure to go to the restaurant next door -- we went every night and it was some of the best food we've had. Giulia the host was extremely friendly and responsive. We couldn't ask for a better stay.
