It was a pleasure to meet Sam. She is welcoming, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The room is very comfortable, quiet and private as it is on the top floor landing with its own bathroom. We would definitely stay again and we thoroughly recommend.

I would recommend this place. I had a good stay in Samantha’s house. The house is very clean and you have your own washroom. Everything( e.g, WI-FI, hot water) works well. I used kitchen to cook eggs and make espresso. Samantha also provided pastries for breakfast. So nice! Washing machine is available but no dryer in the house. ( I realized that most houses don’t have dryer in UK.). However there is a Laundry place close by (7 minutes walking distance) which provides both self service and wash&fold service in the same day for reasonable price if needed. Public transportation (buses,subways/underground,overground ) and Restaurants can be reached by less than 10 minutes walking. It usually takes 35-50 minutes for subway/trains or 1 hour for buses to the city center. I have to say that we started with unhappy check-in due to miscommunication and culture differences. However, we solved the issues and the journey going forward is very smooth. And I enjoyed the stay.

I had a great stay with Samantha - This room is lovely, with a beautiful big window and is very spacious. The house is lovely and in a great spot close to all the amenities. Samantha was incredibly welcoming!
