我觉得整体房子不错，但是有些细节需要改善，公共区域的沙发确实有点脏，需要清洗一下了，公共区域的电视也看不了，WIFI信号不是太好。房子位置离华欣市区还有一段距离，最好能租车，小区对面就是FN奥莱，周围比较偏，离711有段距离，需要步行15分钟左右，房东回信息很快，总的来说，性价比还是可以。

房子舒适，空间感好，设施齐全，欢迎水果新鲜好吃。房东蛮负责，响应迅速，会再次光顾。

The place easy to find, the pools huge & clean. The communication with host prompt and accommodating. The unit very spacious, balcony with loungers and dining table, great view. All windows and balconies have nets. Enough towels. The unit is high quality but few details not up to standards - kitchen pots require replacing - all were either old or burnt. The washing machine ancient and loud. More cushions would be nice to feel homely. The nearby resort hosts regular Indian wedding season which is super loud - the parties go on without much break during day until late at night, so we couldn't sleep! We came across the wedding parade during the day and it was so loud that my wife got a panic attack. Then we learned about unit renovation right above us which started months ago, we weren't informed about it though the owner must've known as it was announced by management. It was impossible to stay with all the noise - otherwise it would've been very quiet. No problem with refund.

I'm from united state and went to hua hin, Thailand to spend time with my family. Decided to stay in Sona apartment which is great, quiet and beautiful views from balcony. A couple of minutes walking distance to beach by passing through world famous Sheraton Resort. Sona was very straight forward and responsive. Answered every request what we need an local informations. Small little draw back was a bit far from city center to go hang out. Took Grab for about 300bhat round trip. But not a deal breaker and big deal. We went there only one time and we already knew what we needed. Very happy with all transitions. Highly recommended for families vacations. We will definitely stay again when we have a chance next time we will visit to hua hin.
