I did not stay here and received a total refund, so I am not sure that it is ok that I leave a review. Anyway, the rooms at this hotel does not have kitchen, even though it was marketed. This was the reason that I left and demanded a refund. Their false advertising cost me and my company 2-3 hours of wasted time, not to mention the discomfort of having to re-book something immediately. It is a severe disrespect for the travelers to lie about the amenities. Basically, this place is just a normal hotel with normal hotel rooms, nothing else.

I will never stay anywhere else in Udon Thani. Nattakan’s place is very clean and comfortable and she put in extra effort to make sure I got everything I needed. She even asked her staff to bring me to get food. Friendly staff and easy check in.

...this is a small hotel close to the major hospital and to a very large city park with water and a children's playground - about 4 km from the CBD. It is very clean, more motel than hotel style in the western sense. Good communication and very helpful staff. Recommended, especially if you are a budget traveler...

Small family-run hotel with a big heart. The room is impressively large, with huge patio doors that allow light to flood into the space. The bed is comfortable and spacious, the wifi is incredibly fast and available around every corner of the building, even to the furthest reaching rooms. There are good restaurants and parks nearby, and most of all the staff is super friendly and responsive and tending. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and level of care to every aspect of the place and my time there.
