Great location. Responsive host. Quiet, clean, great value for the price point. Loved the screened in veranda. This was a highlight. Nice neighborhood to walk around. Easy to find and get into.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sweet Apt, small but comfortable, in very safe neighborhood, we enjoyed the huge detached sreened patio with fireplace. Betsy is a wonderful host we recommend her to anyone interested in her many offerings! Sadly had to go back home a few days early, but had exploratory medical visits took priority.

This is a very private, peaceful apartment with a respectful tenant staying in the main house who kept quiet when I was around and at night. All of the amenities are functional. I did not like the poor cleaning of the entrance to the walk in shower near the floor where it looked like it needed to be grimed cleaned for some time! The apartment was very clean otherwise. The shower was a disappointment in that the water flow was so hampered that I had to use the bathroom heater before showering to warm up the room first. I was shocked that I could shower with 3 quarts of water! It literally was seriously insufficient. There are signs of lack of maintenance. Near the entrance door a receptacle cover was broken exposing the electrical wiring on the receptacle which any child could stick their finger into and get shocked. The gutter over the entry door is overflowing with debris which may cause a problem when it rains. I will certainly stay again next year. Very lovely place overall.

Stayed a month and was perfect! Loved the private quiet entry and pavilion that was exclusively ours while there. Would definitely use again. Betsy was a great host!
