Allison has provided a real gem of a property to relax and experience the beauty of Loire. The Villa is so conveniently located to Amboise, the heart of Loire Valley. The Villa is magnificently appointed with great furnishings and design ambience. The gardens and pool were places we used to unwind and refresh. The setting is calm, relaxing, and breathtakingly picturesque. It is in an ideal small town with great places to walk to and explore. She also introduced us to Summer, a Loire concierge, who helped us find a talented chef Gabriel, and interpreter, Kim, who accompanied us in several activities, and a fantastic guide in Letitia, who escorted us to many of the fantastic Chateaus and explained the history of each. We had a fantastic time in Loire, and it all is due to Allison’s gorgeous chateau and her ability to connect us with the resources that made our experience effortless. We will come back again. If you have an opportunity to stay here, it will make memories you will never forget. thank you Allison...and also Summer, Kim, and Letitia!
Lovely property, quiet and very conviently located.
The house is centrally located for visiting some of the big name chateaus. The grounds of the home are great for kids to run and play. Our group had a good experience at this property.
We loved every minute of our stay and didn’t want to leave. Allison was an amazing host and everything about the villa and location was truly spectacular! I can’t say enough about the entire experience and can only hope you have the opportunity to stay.
Wonderful « base camp » to explore the region, Allison house is also a gem in itself: beautifully decorated, amazingly comfortable and quiet, it was hard to extract ourselves from the heated pool, or the living room fireplace to go out and wander... Everybody loved it in the family! More than highly recommended!

However we don't get to spend more than a few months here a year, so have decided to share our home with others. While we are both native English-speakers, we speak French too and are happy to help with any recommendations and reservations. We know the area well and are happy to make suggestions. We are passionate about design, wine and gastronomy.
