Felipe's house is comfortable and well-equipped. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to amenities (large shop and bus stops at walking distance). Although the room is quite small, I'll recommend this place. Maybe it would be nice to give the guests access to the garden below.

Wir waren eine Woche in Felipes Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist toll! Felipe selbst war zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht da, aber einer der zwei weiteren Mitbewohner war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist ziemlich ruhig und Geschäfte gut erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Felipe und bis zum nächsten Mal!

We stayed at Felipe's place for a holiday and overall everything was good: a great location close to bus stop, overground station, supermarket. Surrounding is peaceful and quiet. Felipe provided us with clear instruction on how to reach the place, which made it easy to find and check-in. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare food. The only disappointment was the tidiness of apartment, as the bathroom wasn't really clean.

Ma copine et moi on logé chez Felipe pendant 4 jours, et on a absolument kiffé. L'emplacement est super, nous avons empreinté des vélos, le quartier est trop beau, et en gros était un super logement pour prendre refuge à la fin d'une journée fatiguante. Il est communicatif, aimable et nous a fourni une belle cuisine et une belle chambre. On recommende fortement de rester chez Felipe! Merci Felipe!

Felipe is a very considerate host who truly wants his guests feel at home. Thank you for the welcome snacks and complimentary shampoo and shower gel! We enjoyed the occasional chats we had with him as well. When I got ill he directed me to the nearest hospital and gave me some advice, which was quite helpful! The flat is cozy, we could also use the kitchen and the living room so the rather small bedroom wasn't any problem. There is a bus very nearby which goes to Earl's Court, the Overground station is only a short walk away. Thank you Felipe!
