Boendet hade ett väldigt bra läge med fin utsikt och nära till stranden. Fin pool o bra gym. Bra och stor balkong. Lägenheten stämde med fotona men behövs en del underhåll. Myggnät vid balkong rangliga, 1 spisplatta trasig men de andra fungerade. Köket ok utrustat men skulle kunna fyllas på. Värden var noga med att skicka all nödvändig info inför ankomsten.

Apichai is a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive. The place is as described. It is older but has all the amenities. Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of towels. We only had one issue with expired battery in one of the remote controls for the AC (something that happens to all remote controls) and Apichai arranged to have it fixed very quickly. Great balcony overlooking the beach across the road. The beach is wonderful. I didn't use the pool but it looks really nice. Keep in mind that this is a quiet area, not party town like Pattaya and not a lot of big malls or big grocery stores nearby but there are small shops, small restaurants, etc. that is walkable. Overall it is an older unit in a quiet relaxing beach area. It is good value for the price, enjoyable for family, and made better because of a good host.

My family and i stayed at Apichai's lovely apartment for a couple of weeks and couldn't recommend it enough! He's a wonderful host, the apartment was nicer than the pictures with a lovely balcony and we loved the location.

We stayed at his place for like 4 nights only. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and you have mostly everything what you need inside the apartment (except iron). His communication with you is 10/10. He makes you feel at home. He is extremely helpful and always reachable. I personally found Apichai kind as well. The location is what you need on your holidays right at beach. There is an excellent restaurant at the gate they serve really good smoothies and food which we could find in that area and also value for money. There are certainly quite a few options to when it comes to food but this one was our favourite. The beach is like one in Europe, it’s very clean and also well maintained. We can only recommend this place for your family holidays. Its also is like a get away package when you need peace and calmness from busy city life. I really had a very good time with my family there and If we come back to Thailand ( Rayong) this is gonna be our place for the vacation.
