我们到达时已经快晚上十一点了，房东很热情一直在等我们，帮我们提了行李上楼。屋子很有历史感，是房东夫妇以前住的屋子，现在他们住在同一公寓的楼上。有事情可以很方便地联系到他们。屋子很干净整齐，舒适，还送了葡萄酒给我们，我们在厨房做了美妙的晚餐。地址刚开始时不太好找，从火车站打车比较方便，住了三天后可以很轻松地找回家啦，离火车站十多分钟的路程，其实很方便！不错的房子和主人，确实像是在佛罗伦萨的一个家！

很感谢房东先生以非常好的价格为我和我的朋友们提供这样的一间公寓，可以说是一次惊喜。公寓非常明亮宽敞，尤其是厨房非常有家的感觉。公寓虽不在主教堂一侧，但是毗邻米开朗基罗广场，并且，在佛罗伦萨这样一个小城市里，步行可以轻松到达任何地方。正是因为这样的位置，公寓十分安静，住在里面感受到真正的托斯卡纳的生活。 当然除了公寓令人愉快以外，房东先生也十分热情，常常邮件联系我们并随时为我们解答各种问题，这一切的确让我们有一种回家的感觉。我想家已经是我能给这间公寓的最高评价。 时值冬季，作为一个留学生快要回国的时候，能够在佛罗伦萨度过最后的愉快时光真的十分感谢。如果有机会能回到这里，希望能够再见。

There are not enough positive words to describe Gianfranco's place. The location is excellent and the host makes sure you are well cared for. The place is beautiful and very large. Everything is provided, including a washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Gianfranco was super helpful in answering any questions we had, and a 5 start host overall!

Un vrai coup de coeur, le meilleur séjour en Airbnb que nous ayions eu. Gianfranco et sa femme furent vraiment très aimables, beaucoup de belles attentions, et un très grand professionnalisme. L'appartement est idéal pour une famille comme la notre, impossible d'être mieux localisé à Florence, très bien équipé. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, 100% recommandable

There simply could not be better hosts than Gianfranco and Cinzia! From the moment we made contact, they were like friends more than Airbnb hosts, answering every minor question quickly with complete and detailed information. They were always courteous and helpful, yet fully respectful of our privacy as tenants. Gianfranco met us at the door on arrival, helped us with bags, and made sure we were settled. Twice he took us on walking tours of Florence to get oriented and better understand the history. The apartment was just as described and perfectly comfortable for our needs. My friend was working remotely and had no issues whatsoever with the excellent internet service. Gianfranco was quickly available by phone with any concern or question we had regarding the apartment, Florence, or anything related to our stay in Italy. Several times we needed his help with minor issues as we traveled and he was always very helpful. We stayed for one month, and unfortunately, for some of our time there, I was ill. Gianfranco immediately provided local doctor contact information and guidance, offered to bring groceries, delivered drinking water to our doorstep, and checked on me daily until I recovered. I simply cannot recommend him enough. It was truly as if we had family in Italy. When it came time to leave, our departure was at 4 a.m. Even at that ridiculously early hour, Gianfranco met us at our door, helped take our bags downstairs, and made a crucial phone call to get another taxi when the one we'd ordered failed to show. Consider yourself very lucky if you book this Airbnb! You will never regret it, and your stay in Florence will be far more enjoyable and comfortable. I have often stayed in Airbnbs, but never encountered such remarkably responsive, caring hosts. The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood just steps from the main attractions and Gianfranco and Cinzia are simply the best!
