If you want to stay in the Vielle Ville this place is in a fantastic location. Also very close to the tram and bus stops. The apartment is spacious and the balcony with three large windows makes it very light-filled. Place Rosetti is the square the apartment looks onto and the little terrace is lovely to sit on and view the traditional architecture. Naturally this is a very busy area so we took our ear plugs as from experience it can be noisy at night. Don't forget the walk up to the apartment is up 5 floors so you need to be feeling fit going up and down.

The apartment was fantastic. Amazing view from the balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped. We stayed for 8 days so a mixture of cooking In the apartment and eating out worked really well for us. The bed was so comfortable and apartment spotless. The noise of the busting street below can wake you so good quality ear plugs are a must. Gregory is so lovely to deal with, nothing is too much trouble. See you next year.

Great location for walking around the Old Town of Nice, Cours Saleya,the Promenade and loads of culinary delights nearby! As many have noted, the square below can get loud late at night (bring ear plugs) and there are five flights of stairs to climb. The view below made it all worth it. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine was the perfect end to our days in Nice. We appreciated all the directions and suggestions for restaurants, sightseeing etc.

David at Bagguys was so friendly and helpful, made check in a delight. Apartment had amazing views over the square. Would return and indeed planning to do so soon. Will definitely book with Gregory Yann again! Thank you for a great stay

Magnifik utsikt och fantastiskt läge! Nära till allt man behöver för några dagar i Nice. Hade fyra härliga dagar i lägenheten, en kväll åt vi tapas hemma och njöt av omgivningen. Bra motion i trapporna… 😃
