Jasmine was very nice and responsive up until after check-in. She was unresponsive as the night went on, and unable to solve issues due to being in another time zone, which I found out at 2 am. The room was not as pictured with the lightbulb hanging from the ceiling vs the fixture shown in the photo. The "kitchen" was in an unfinished, unheated cluttered garage. Far from what anyone would consider to be a kitchen. The heat was excessive and the issue was not resolved so I had to open windows and use a fan in the winter. The common area outside of the room had dead plants and drying clothes on the furniture. The guests in the next room were so loud I didn't sleep even with noise-cancellation headphones. Had Jasmine put someone in the same time zone, the noise and heat could have been handled. There's a reason for the lack of photos. Very nice family but this was a night from hell.

Excellent value in terms of amenities and accommodations vs price. Communication could have been better - someone else was still booked for my room when I was due to start my term, no key or WiFi password was given, and generally not very clear regarding what was expected and how I could communicate questions/issues. My biggest complaint was the noise - I understood that I was renting a room in a family home, but the noise made sleeping and relaxing very difficult. People tromping around upstairs, constant house work/activity, dog barking randomly (sometimes early in the morning and late at night) random loud noises late at night (sometimes up to and past midnight), pool machinery right outside the window, etc. Generally speaking, the people were quite nice, the neighborhood was inoffensive, and the room/accommodations were exactly as listed, but it ended up being a somewhat poor experience for me overall. Probably better for people less sensitive than I.

I loved it, very nice place and its pool, they just have to improve by putting air conditioning in the room and try to make their father less discriminating, Jasmin is a good person and very helpful
