房东很热心，入住时等候在房间里，仔细介绍房间设施。这个房子位于一个安静的街区，离加泰罗尼亚博物馆很近。总体的入住我是满意的。不幸的是，有一天我和朋友的车轮胎在这个街区被扎，然后放在车后座的包被偷了，着让我对这个街区附近的治安产生了担忧。

房东非常热情，会在入住前提供交通信息以及各种指南，在入住时详细介绍怎么使用各个设备以及周边信息。因为第二天没有人预定，主动询问我们是否需要延迟退房。 公寓很干净也很智能，窗户隔音效果很好，设施齐全。 公寓离地铁3号线步行五分钟左右，去各大景点都在20分钟之内，很方便。 公寓周边有很多餐厅、超市、水果店等等。 总之住的很满意～ Thank you Diego:)

房子很有特点，房主也超级好，热情的不得了。第二天没客人就跟我说不用急着退房。屋里面设施一应俱全。周围有很多超市，除了离圣家大教堂远了点，其他都很近。

Diego’s apartment was perfect for me and my fiancé’s getaway. Diego met us at the apartment and gave us the rundown of the apartment and all of its amenities. He showed us how the soundproof windows and blackout shades worked. These were great for getting sleep. The area is quaint, private and beautiful. It feels like you are dropped in your own neighborhood. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. We made friends with the bartenders at El Carro Gros, the bar below Diego’s apartment. They make delicious vermouth and tapas! The location is extremely walkable with many great restaurants and bars in the area. The metro is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and allowed us to get anywhere in the city. Right behind us is a great hike to see the city in Montjunc! It’s a great location to adventure. We had a spectacular time and look forward to staying at Diego’s again in the future!

We cannot say enough good things about our host. He is a very genuine man who went to great lengths to ensure that our stay went according to plan. First, he waited for us at the flat until our arrival. Then, he demonstrated the appliances, including the fanciest hot beverage station imaginable. When we couldn't figure out the washing machine, he personally appeared at our door within 5 minutes to assist. Although the lodging is located above a busy plaza, Diego has gone through a great expense to minimize noise at his rental. As he explained in his listing, the windows are unique in that they are several layers thick with an insulating material between the layers of glass. Moreover, the electonically-controlled shades block out any trace of light in the bedroom making for a good night's sleep. Diego left us with laminated cards of suggestions for parks and points of interest, together with the names of eateries and their specialties and estimated walking distances from #14. Thx!
