Ótimo terreno, casa bem localizada e praia paradisíaca! Quartos amplos, limpos, camas confortáveis e bem decorados! Precisa de manutenção em algumas areas externas, mas o proprietário ja está cuidando disso! Adoramos a estadia!

Excellent location just 5 -10min drive or 30 min walk from downtown Taiba and all the restaurant. Not that you will need to go out as the house is well maintained, the beach is at your doorsteps and you have a great outdoor space with pool and the kitchen. You literally will be cook while enjoy the outdoor space. The house also offers great staff support - we had a cook/chef Ana that nailed local food and some international dish as well as a bartender for 2-3 days. No issues with safety either even during New Year eve busy season. Definitely recommend and it is good money for what you get. Strong recommendation for people looking to kitesurfing - not our case.
