Great communication from Joan from start to finish and greeted us in person. The accommodation was as described, the apartment was light and spacious with all the little things to make you feel at home. Great location for Twickenham and the surrounding area.

Sehr nette Unterkunft in einer ruhigen,sauberen und schönen Wohngegend. Nicht weit zum Twickenham Green und den Bussen,sowie nette Pubs in der Nähe. Zu Fuß entlang der Themse nach Richmond spazieren und am Weg dorthin das Marble Hill House entdecken. Mit der kleinen Fähre kann man übersetzen und zum schönen Ham House gelangen.

From the start of my booking Joan introduced herself and explained everything. I was visiting the area for a graduation ceremony at the local university and so the location was perfect on arrival she welcomed us and showed us through the rooms. Everything was perfect, above and beyond our expectations. We were blessed with a couple of warm sunny days and able to take advantage of sitting in the sunroom looking onto a lovely private garden. I would certainly recommend this property. Thank you Joan.
