Staff was friendly and made check-in/out a breeze. Great views though not as direct as the listing stated. We had a different unit than the listing so that was a surprise. The units desperately need updating, everything was very old, moldy coffee pot, stained bed covers, no running water in one bathroom sink and kitchen sink. The bathtubs and shower heads were disgusting- the jet tub was so gross I showered in the other bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the unit was spacious. We enjoyed the fire place and the view really was amazing and peaceful. It was listed as a one bedroom but was actually two bedrooms, two bathrooms.

I was looking forward to our stay. Host was extremely friendly and the view was lovely. But the place had the bare minimum of essentials. We had only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, no nice essentials like paper goods, a lighter, more than 4 utensils, nothing special or welcoming. The clock didn't work. A couple of the electrical outlets didn't work. It was dated. Everything inside was old and not inviting. I am glad we only booked for one day.

Beautiful scenery! Place was spacious and cozy. Looking forward to staying there again on our next trip to Ruidoso.

amazing views.. clean and free of clutter housings. the staff was awesome and very friendly, he even helped tenants get out of parking lot when the snow and ice covered the roads.. awesome place to visit super happy and pricing was reasonable!
