Pros: • Very close to the old town (around 10 min walk to Diocletians Palace) • Very close to the sandy beach (around 5 min walk to Bacvice) • Close to the good restaurants with steaks and local food • Close to the supermarket • Air-conditioning • Well-supplied kitchen Cons: • Electricity- after plugging in washing machine, you can feel electricity kick on metal shower and metal kitchen sink, I believe it can be extremely dangerous as there is huge metal bottle with gas next to metal kitchen sink • Can’t sleep at night without earbuds- drunk people screaming till 4pm, tourists pulling suitcases on wheels on the cobblestone • No cleaning- during week stay nobody cleaned the room, no new towels, etc. • Host doesn’t speak English, so communication is quite difficult • No wardrobe and shelves, nowhere to put clothes, at last got few hangers after asking for them • Uncomfortable bed and pillows To be honest, I was quite disappointed, I expected more. I appreciate the localization of the apartment, it’s close to everything — the old town, sandy beach, shops, restaurants, bus terminal, seaport. On the other hand, because of cobblestone and restaurants near apartment, it’s so loud at night that it’s impossible to sleep without earbuds. Room wasn’t cleaned at all, so we had to do it ourselves — I know it’s not a hotel, but during all my previous Airbnb stays rooms were cleaned on regular basis. Room isn’t as big as it seems, basically it’s just huge kitchen, bed and table, there is nowhere to put clothes except for few hangers (there is no wardrobe and no shelves). This is a great little apartment that is comfortable and well located in the centre of split. The beach and Riva are both 5 minutes walk away and the surroundings are comfortable too with a nice Mexican restaurant and Barka nearby. The apartment has everything you could need for a short stay and is in great condition. Diana and her father did everything to make you feel welcome and I really appreciated it!

We stayed in Diana's apartment for three nights and we had everything we need: fridge, wi-fi, washing machine, and air conditioning. During our stay we couldnt ask for more! The location is greater than we thought at first. Everything you need is near: pharmacy, bus station, old town, beach etc. Would definetely recommend this place for a stay!

Nous avons été bien accueilli par le père de Diana qui est venu nous chercher à l'arrêt du bus et nous avons eu le verre de bienvenu. Le studio est très propre et fonctionnel (tout neuf, climatisation, machine à laver, fer à repasser, draps et serviettes fournies) et il est situé au centre de tout (10 min de la plage à pied, 2 min du centre, supérettes, bus...). Nous recommandons cette hôte.
