房子的位置还可以，距离汽车站很近，步行去老城区也不远，步行途中可以经过一个水果和蔬菜市场，里面水果非常便宜而且好吃。不足的是房子没有热水，我们都是自己烧的开水简单洗洗，喜欢洗热水澡的朋友们最好慎重选择这家，而且房间很冷，空调并没有什么作用。房东人还不错，最后我们离开早晨去机场竟然要了400B，不过我们并没有理睬。

Highly recommended..When I first stumbled upon this villa on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Prin is the most thoughtful, helpful and gracious host. He provided me with anything I needed. The villa is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is very clean and balcony are excellent. Location is incredible. Thanks Prin and Raintree Boutique Hut for a wonderful stay. I will be back, Ann.

Prins place is great a stay! I went to SEE Tefl and the school is less than a five minute walk. There are many places to eat in the area and the house is very spacious! Prin is so nice and will help you with anything you need!

Looking for a home away from home in Chiang Mai? This is it. I originally booked two months here for vacation and a TEFL course and ended up staying three months because I was so happy and comfortable. The place is close to everything including a major shopping mall and supermarket, the Old City, tons of great local restaurants, and Prin and his whole family are some of the kindest, most amazing people I've met in Thailand. I unhesitatingly recommend Prin's place if you are staying in Chiang Mai for any length of time!

Prin and his family were such great hosts and made my stay so enjoyable. I stayed for one month while taking my TEFL course at SEE TEFL (5 min walk to school) and absolutely loved my stay. The villa was clean and very spacious. There are roosters right behind the property so if you are a light sleeper keep that in mind (I had no problem with them). Prin was always very responsive and helpful with anything I possibly needed. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Chiang Mai :)
