Staying in a room, it was my first time. Kathy was wonderful, welcoming and a just-right amount of visiting host! She’s a pro at this. Her house is so beautiful and full of unique items which speak to someone taking great care of the home. We’ll be contacting Kathy to stay here again. This place, with host and house is the epitome of what Airbnb was and should always be! The best experience of mine with Airbnb yet!

Kathy's home is beautiful and exactly what we needed. You have your own privacy and everything was so quiet. The neighborhood is beautiful so we took a walk and enjoyed looking at the other homes. The view of the Indian River is so peaceful. Will definitely book again!

Loved my stay at Katherine's home for four nights. Convenienly located to all of the local activites and popular destinations. Loved the peace and quiet which was important to me as a light sleeper. Loved availability of beach stuff so I didn't have to bring it or buy it. Loved the easy and clear check-in process with directions to find my room which was important for a late night checkin. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and desk was perfect for my laptop and accessories. Bathroom was the same and everything worked as expected. Shared aras of the house were spacious, clean and inviting. Katherine was warm and friendly and made me feel like a family member while I was there. Loved our morning conversations with coffee already made by the time I came down each morning. I will definitely be back if I am lucky enough to find a room available for my enxt visit!

wonderful short time stay. We went to Kennedy space center and cocoa beach. Cooked food for kids and enjoyed the days we spent there.
