This was a great place to stay in Kona! It’s a little further down the Alii Drive strip so you don’t have to deal with the worst of the traffic where the cruise ships dock and all the tourist traps. The hammock outside is heavenly and being right across from magic sands makes for excellent mornings and evenings watching the sunset. Being across from Magic Sands Grill was very convenient as well, excellent food super close. Susan was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking to stay in Kona!

We had an awesome time here!! Couldn't ask for a better view and location on Alii Dr. Beach right across the street and the 180 degree deck was beautiful. looking forward to returning next year.

Susan is a fabulous host. Being proactive and responsive. The location is fantastic with Magic beach across the street and down town Kona just a 10 minute drive or a free trolley ride. It was so relaxing and it felt like home. I loved listening to the waves on the outdoor furniture provided. The facilities were wonderful with even a barbecue provided. Everything was A+ Thank you so much Susan we hope to return in the future. We enjoyed Kona made more enjoyable by our stay at your property. Jenny, Michael and Family

We stayed in the two interconnected units facing the lawn area and ocean. A road separates the property from the Magic Sands beach where construction is underway. The units are spacious and clean. Susan provides all the beach related items you will need such as snorkel mask/fins, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and boogie boards. Be aware that the kitchens in these two units do not include stoves. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Susan was a great host and the place was awesome. She was also super friendly every morning with her dog right in front of the house.
