Beautiful location that feels like an oasis outside of Bologna. We rented a car from near the main train station in Bologna and it was an easy drive with the navigation assisting us! Beds were comfortable, view was gorgeous, the entire place was spotless! The interior feels like a treat if staying in a museum. We enjoyed checking out how all of the different antique lamps worked! Andrea was not only incredibly helpful with recommendations and making reservations for us, he directed us to the best parking area for spending the day in Bologna. Highly recommend!

If you want to stay somewhere away from the busy city this is a fantastic location and Andrea is the best host we have ever encountered! He went above and beyond for us! We were very tired from our travels on our first night there and wanted to just sit on the lovely patio and enjoy the beautiful view and sunset instead of going out for dinner. Andrea brought dinner to us, cooked by a local woman he knows! We couldn’t believe it! He gave us many local suggestions of things to do and places to go. The home itself is so fun and expansive. Andrea lives next door and his two adorable pups came to say hello several times when we were on the patio. It was just such a good feeling being there. I highly recommend choosing Andrea’s place if you have the opportunity.

We had a great stay with 6 people for 3 nights in April 2024. The house is spacious with a bathroom per bedroom, big and comfortable common area and kitchen, large outdoor space and all necessary amenities. The interior of the house is amazingly curated mid-century stylewell taken care off and very clean. The location offers a great view, is well reachable from Bologna and within close proximity of various small villages/towns with restaurants and possible activities (such as wine tours, parmesan production and others). Andrea is an amazing and warm host with great tips for the area and good communication before and during our stay. Highly recommended to stay with a group of people and enjoy the tranquility and landscape!

L‘alloggio era fantastico! Ci siamo sentiti a casa e siamo stati accolti calorosamente. L'alloggio offre tutto per una vacanza in famiglia. Spazioso, pulito, ampio spazio esterno, arredato con cura nei dettagli. Andrea è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremmo sicuramente!
