Nearest bus stop 50m. Easy access from / to highway. Free parking available in front of the building. Self check-in possible. Sofa sleeps additional 2 people, for a total of 4, but this has to be requested in advance at the time of booking. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, oven, microwave oven, laundry washer, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto). The location is a good compromise between ease of access with a car and distance to the city centre. A 14 minute walk (1100 m) will bring you to the Ljubljana central railway and bus station which lie at the edge of the old town. If you are visiting for a fair there is a 10 minute walk to reach the Ljubljana’s main exhibition centre (Gospodarsko razstavišče), where all kinds of fairs take place throughout the year. If you are into shopping, BTC City (which is placed among the largest world business, shopping, recreational and entertainment centres in Europe) is 2300 m from the flat. For faster access to the city center, there is a bus station nearby (50 m) or you can use my two bicycles free of charge and ride to the center! Ljubljana is bike friendly city, so this is the recommended option. Cafés, eateries and a grocery store are next building, a restaurant / pizzeria just across the street, so you don’t have to cook if you don’t want to, or are too tired to do so. The apartment itself is located on the ground floor of a classic apartment building which could use a bit of a facelift on the outside, but inside it is clean and well maintained. There is a lovely small park just in front of the building where you can relax in the shade and smoke a cigarette or two (SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS NOT ALLOWED). There is no air-conditioning appliance, however, the apartment is on the ground floor and the heat is not such a big problem, even during the summer. The apartment comes with sheets, linens, towels. FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING ( not reserved). 200m far from the apartment there is also daily rental of a parking space for a car with 24/hour video surveillance. In addition I am always there to give you a piece of advice regarding the things to do and places to go while visiting this amazing city. You will be very happy with this choice.
