Nino is the best host of all the best host. He made us feel we were his guest friend instead of client renting his propriety. He was present often during our staying, not on a way or intention to control but on a way to insure our well being, doing the maintenance of the installation such as the pool for us to better enjoy our holiday with a clean and comfortable place to stay. It is the first time that we experience such a top host.

El lugar es muy tranquilo. En plena naturaleza. Muy cómodo. La construccion consta de 3 apartamentos adosados y al ser septiembre estuvimos solos. En un remanso de paz. Está a la salida del pueblo de Nulvi y cerca hay un supermercado. Esta ubicado a unos 15 Km de Castelsardo que es precioso. Recomendable 100%. Nino fue muy amable y localizable para cualquier cosa.

Nino's farm property was excellent. A beautiful view and so peaceful. It felt as though we were in the middle of nowhere, a real get away from it all but with the coast only half an hour drive away. The property itself was basic but had all we needed. The pool was fantastic. Nulvi (the closest town) has a good supermarket and pizza take away but that is all. We would definitely stay with Nino again, he visits the property every morning to check all is well. A super place to stay, thank you Nino.

We loved staying at Nino's farm. It is a perfect location if you want to relax and recharge your batteries. As a family we love exploring and there were some lovely places locally, but we were so relaxed, that some days we chose to just stay by the pool and listen to the sheep and their bells . The pool is lovely and warm, and maintained so well by Nino , who comes everyday to clean it. The house itself is quite basic , but comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the veranda . Although there are 3 houses, all next to each other , we would not have known others were staying there most if the time, as it was so quiet. We totally felt like we had our own space. We visited Alghero (1hr) which was lovely, Castelsardo (25mins) which is also gorgeous, La Pelosa beach ( Stintino) ( 1hr 20) which is gorgeous ..fine white sand and the clearest water ... but VERY busy ! still worth the visit though .La Bagnu ( local beach ) is only 20 mins away and also well worth a visit . Nino is a lovely host . We had a flight delay when we arrived, and so didn't arrive until at least 1am . He came out and met us in the town, and showed us how to find the farm . He offered to carry our bags in , and stay. In our way out . We met Carolina , Bibs girlfriend , who was also very very helpful. Yargo the puppy was also a massive hit with the family ! He is so cute !!! We will come back again ! thankyou !!!!

If you want to enjoy the authentic Sardegna you need tpo came to Nini's place. He is not just an excelent host but a wonderfull person. The place is amazing and in a short distance to many intersting places. But you can also just relax and stay around . We will come back for sure!
