非常好的住宿，房间干净整洁，装修现代，应有尽有，厨房设施很全，浴室配有浴缸，与房东沟通很愉快，房东的父亲还会帮助租自行车，可以说是有求必应了。步行可以到达roeselare车站，购物街以及周边超市。我曾在疫情期间在这里住了一个多月，真的是家一样的体验，极力推荐！ Very good accommodation, clean and tidy rooms, modern decoration, fully equipped kitchen, bathtub, free parking place... it has almost everything you need. Very pleasant communication with the host, the host’s father will also help to rent a bike if you need. It is within walking distance to central shopping street and surrounding supermarkets, close to Roeselare station. I lived here for more than a month during the epidemic. It's really a home-like experience. I highly recommend it!

Плюсы жилья: очень теплая и уютная квартира, находится близко к центру и страции, можно легко дойти пешком куда надо. Кухня очень хорошо оборудована, есть все что надо. Удобные кровати. При заселении было очень число. Минусы: маленький холодильник, запах курева от соседей который заходит в квартиру по вентиляции.

Bonjour, Excellent accueil par le père d'Alexander. Appartement très agréable, bien aménagé, à proximité du centre ville. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour et cela nous donne très envie de revenir. Nous recommandons cette adresse en Belgique. Sylvie et Jean-René

Everything was great and it is definitely good value for money. The washing machine did not work, but our host was looking into that so they did what they could. The shower was an unexpected inconvenience since you have to hold the shower head yourself in order to rinse yourself. We were expecting a fixed shower head but we made due. The television also did not work but we honestly did not have time to watch it anyway. Accommodation was great. We only arrived after 11pm due to delayed flights but our contact Marc was very nice to be available for us. He even stocked the fridge with food and drink due to our late arrival. Very nice touch! He was always available for questions and suggested things for us to do. The central location made this a perfect “base” if you wanted to venture out into Belgium and come back at the end of the day. All in all a good stay. Thank you Alexander and Marc.
