We had such an excellent stay. Great location. Host was amazing with lots of tips. Very responsive. Would stay again. Spacious flat and clean. Well appointed kitchen. If you have neighbours upstairs and they’re noisy you can hear it a little through the floor but overall didn’t interrupt our stay.

Eduard was very friendly! Also they were very flexible as we wanted to get in the apartment earlier. This was no problem since the apartment wasn’t booked the night before. A huge plus!! The complete building is owned by En Ville and was very nicely done. Facilities are great and so is the neighbourhood. The thing that was a bit disappointing was the fact that we were charged €75 for cleaning (for two days). That’s a lot for Barcelona (I know because I live here) and the room wasn’t as clean as expected, when taking the high price into account. There were still a few hairs from previous guests and a few other things that bothered us. But again, nothing can be perfect so apart from that we were very satisfied! Tip: lower the price for cleaning.. Nevertheless we definitely recommend booking at En Ville. :)
