Great Location, they allowed us to drop our bags before check in time because we booked an early flight, would definitely recommend.
Good location, good price. Very clean and very kind associate met us at check in. Heating was controlled remotely by landlord so during a warmer winter stay we sweated in a very over-heated apartment. When I mentioned this at check in, the response was to open a window—but that let in mosquitos. So, it was either sweat or get bitten by mosquitos. Not a great choice for a 4 night stay. The mattress was very thin and hard, with only 1 pillow for each person is provided. Mattress should be replaced and 2 pillows is standard, so bring pillows and be prepared for a sore back in the morning. Location was very good, price was competitive, kitchen stocked with coffee and all the basics. With a bit more attention to the comfort of the beds and ability for guests to control temperature, it would have been a perfect stay. Thank you.
Great location if you and your family are comfortable with mile walks to train station in lieu of being set back to itself, which we are. Comfortable space close to arno and santa croce areas and walkable to train. Was snapphoo with unit not being cleaned yet upon our arrival, which was a bummer after an international flight with two kids— received a €50 refund for inconvenience . The fridge also stopped working one day—we caught it before our food went rancid but was a bit disconcerting. They responded super fast and family member was there quickly to fix (breaker needed flipping) and this issue did not occur again, super nice owner and staff and beautiful flat made up for it. P.S. if you book in part because you love exposed wood—the wood has been painted white. :(
Great location, responsive host, we definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Florence.
This apartment was lovely and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed making food in the kitchen. Super plus was the AC in every room as Florence gets very hot in the summer months. Daniela was very responsive to all our questions. I would definitely stay here again.
