Our gorgeous 4-5bedroom Edwardian house is in Melbourne's best suburb close to cafés & shops. We are 2 streets from the beach and an easy tram ride to the city. Massive open plan kitchen/ living area & lovely outdoor deck /garden for alfresco eating. We have just finished 12 months of renovations to our beautiful Edwardian house. The front of the house has retained the lovely high ceilings and period features such as ornate cornicing and chandeliers whereas the new part of the house is modern, spacious and filled with natural light. The kitchen is huge with a 3m island bench and a walk in pantry & laundry. The kitchen and living room have huge sliding doors opening up onto the deck which has a BBQ and alfresco eating area. We absolutely love living in our gorgeous new house but have also designed it to be family friendly as our girls are 5 and 3. The house would suit 1 or 2 families with a maximum of 10 people.
