Ich kann mich den Bewertungen der Vorgänger nur anschließen: es war alles bestens. Angefangen vom liebenswürdigem Gastgebeber, der sich sehr gekümmert hat, von dem tollen Zimmer mit eigenem Bad/ Balkon und der Lage der Unterkunft. Gleich bei der U-Bahn, viele Cafes, Geschäfte und Restaurants, zu Fuß zum Vatikan (drum kann man auch sehr früh da sein),.... alles easy, super und nur zu empfehlen!!!

My Roman stay here was so wonderful! The apartment was beautiful, the location was perfect and David was the most thoughtful host! I felt right at home the duration of my stay- thanks again for everything!!

David is the perfect host in a wonderful part of Rome. The room is well sized, with an attractive balcony and ensuite bathroom. David's recommendations for the local area were really helpful and led us to a lot of wonderful finds. Thanks for the wonderful stay David!

I'll start with the technical side. The apartment is spacious, spotelssly clean, very carefully and tastefully furnished, it looks even better live than in the photos. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that I have a private bathroom in the room and a balcony with a nice view. In addition, I was greeted by precise instructions, carefully written in a beautiful leather notebook. Hair dryer, umbrella, first aid kit, iron were at my disposal. Absolutely everything I could need. The second part that i am deligheted with is the personal one. David and Alyssa are warm, open, hospitable people with interesting life experiences, free-spirited, generous, smart and interesting. I am very happy and grateful to have met them and sincerely hope for our next meeting and maintaining contacts. Thank you both for making my stay in Rome so much better! You're the best!
