Lovely little basement apartment in a very quiet neighborhood with a park nearby. A great value. I stayed for three weeks and enjoyed the privacy and space in the home. Because of the length of my stay I had to coordinate with the host for her to do laundry which is located in the Airbnb space a couple times, but communication around this was great. The water pressure in the shower was not fantastic. Otherwise it is a well stocked, comfortable place and was a fantastic value to stay for several weeks. Thanks!

Pros: H O T water, pleanty of coffee, towels, soap, tv options and space for your belongings and I think the bed was just right. Cons: Walkway definitely needs a little work and the Shower doors need a good cleaning other than that all it's missing is a bathtub, a stove/oven and washer/dryer I give it a 4 out of 5 but definitely worth the price.

Marcia is a great, responsive host. Her accommodation is clean, spacious and tidy. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This was a nice lower level rental with private entrance. The location was centrally located with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Hostess was friendly and available if needed. Furniture was slightly dated and mildly uncomfortable. The only sink available was the bathroom sink if dishes needed to be washed. Coffee pot and Keurig with reusable pods available but no coffee or filters for pot provided.
