这个房子与图片看起来完全相符，房子真的很棒！晚上在泳池游泳一点不冷。房东和房东的家人也很热情，我们遇到困难也会马上帮我们解决。我们在这个房子住的很开心！

We stayed at Maria’s place for a week and really enjoyed it! The house is big - enough space for three families, big kitchen and outside area. Lovely heated pool and nice garden! The area is really nice too, you can walk down Puerto de Cruz. The villa has a lovely view 🤩 Maria and Ivan are very friendly and helpful. When we arrived they had left water and snacks for us, plus a nice bottle of wine. They helped us out with advice on what to do on the island and made our stay much easier!

We would like to thank you for a wonderful week in your house. We spent 6 days in this wonderful villa. Really perfect for a group of 6 persons, could accommodate even 8 persons with great comfort. Small heated pool great for a relaxing moments in the small garden after hiking tours. Ivan was always there for us, proactive approach and stayed in touch with us during the whole stay. The location is also great, 2 km walk to Puerto de la Cruz see side and center. Orotava also very nice town and really close. We rented a car and travel around the island. Everything is up to 1 hour from this place (teide volcano, parks, costa adeje. La Laguna 20 minutes by car. We could only recommend.

A group of 6 adults and 2 kids stayed for 6 nights and we had such a lovely time. The house is so spacious and has everything you could need. We cooked most days and had a few BBQs and were able to use the oils/herbs/spices in the kitchen. Beds are very comfy and Ivan and Maria went above and beyond to make two cosy cots for my children and put up 2 stairs gates to keep them safe. The pool and outside area were fantastic, we pretty much lived out there (unless we were watching movies in the cinema room). The area is really quiet and about 10-15 minute walk to shops and restaurants and then about another 10 into the main part of Puerto de la Cruz. Ivan met us when we arrived and showed us around the house which was great. He was always very responsive if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful house in a quiet area of the town, within walking distance to seafront and shops/restaurants. House is immaculately presented with plenty of space. Swimming pool was perfect for our children while we sunbathed and looked at the stunning views. We had a fabulous time. Would certainly recommend!!
