My experience is great! The location is great. Only 3 min drive from home to Squaw Valley. Parking is also great. The parking area is flat and wide, so no need to worried about sliding during icy and snowy weather. The living area, bedroom, and also bathroom are all very clean (Yes, including the carpet). The bedroom is not big but is large enough to host 2 people (no matter your friends or significant others). TV and sink were included in the bedroom, and you need to share the bathroom with other guests, not a big deal since it is very clean. Not to mention Ann is a great host, she provides coffee and some homemade bread during breakfast. And that bread tastes good! Just stay quiet after 9 pm, trust me, you will get very high-quality sleep. No Snowboard or Ski in the house, but you can bring your boots and clothes inside the bathroom near the front door. And hang them to dry during the night. Washing machine included. Follow the Google Map and drive slow during winter, the house number is not that easy to spot out, especially at night. But after you find it, you won't get lost. ------------------------------------ 非常好的一个住处。地理位置非常好，开车去Squaw Valley 滑雪场只有3分钟车程。停车也非常方便，房子前面的停车场位置够，地面也平整，不用担心冬天冰雪路面停车会溜车。客厅，卧室以及洗手间。跟在国内一样要在玄关拖鞋后才能进门，地毯很松软干净，不需要穿拖鞋也行。卧室并不大，但是容纳2人完全没有问题。洗手间是公用的（但是每天都有人来打扫，很干净）。卧室内有洗手池以及电视。 奶奶Ann是一位很和蔼的主人，早上厨房有免费的胶囊咖啡提供。Ann也会提供她现做的面包（强烈推荐试一试，非常好吃） 晚上9点后是安静时段，在这之后整个房子都会很安静，看电视的话记得调小音量。想早睡的也会很好入睡。 雪具的话，雪板不给带进房间，留在车里。衣服鞋子手套这些可以拿到玄关旁边的洗手间，里边有暖气可以烘干。里边也有洗衣机。 第一次来的话可能不是很好找，因为房号标的不是很瞩目。不过跟着谷歌地图走的话就能找到，冬天下雪慢慢开，导航显示到了的时候会看到一个房子前面有一小片停车的空地，那里就是了。晚上没有路灯，所以建议在还是白天的时候先check in（冬天这边下午5点多就要天黑了）

Ann is a wonderful host and her place is so serene and the views breathtaking. It was a memorable experience staying at her place, interacting with her and other guests. Location can't be beat as it is just a couple of minutes by car to the ski resort and the village. Great option if you are visiting the area.

My boyfriend and I had the opportunity of staying at Ann’s beautiful Airbnb for a long weekend. We wanted to be close to the Palisades resort for a ski trip and event that was happening — We truly lucked out with this location, and we could not get over how pristine the views were! The space was very clean, organized, and cozy. Additionally, we loved that she had a secured gear room for us to store our ski equipment. We even had the luxury of getting picked up by a complimentary shuttle in front of the house! Ann overall provided a top notch hosting service. She is friendly, welcoming, and conversational. It was a privilege meeting her, and we hope to return for another ski trip or summer visit!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is cozy with beautiful views from our bedroom (bedroom #1) and the living room! Ann was easy to communicate with. The home is very well organized for multiple guests needs with individual refrigerators for each party, food storage, etc. Ann even made brownies in our first night there which were delicious! Thank you Ann!
