房间很大，有独立的卫生间和淋浴池，离地铁站，超市，水果店都比较近，而且很安全。mike也是一个很负责任和很有经验的父亲，教会我很多教育孩子的技能。非常感谢mike

I stayed with Miguel for around 30 days and had an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay. Miguel, first off, is a really good dude. He is extremely accommodative, welcoming, respectful, and relatable; which made my stay very productive and peaceful. I was in town for a month, working 60 hours a week as a bricklayer. I was able to easily go to bed early and wake up early without any disruptions; Miguel is super courteous and mindful of his guests. The place was quite tidy and clean. I was surprised because the apartment shows a lot better in person than in the photos; this was certainly a plus. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very clean, access to a medium sized refrigerator is a real perk as well. I will certainly stay with Miguel again the next time I come to work in New York City. This was by far my best airbnb/short term renting experience to date. I would recommend this place to anyone! I consider Miguel a friend and am happy to have been able to stay!

Best host I've ever had. Genuinely hospitable and personable. Proactive and goes out of his way to make sure you have the optimal living experience. Will recommend 100% to anyone who plans on staying in the Bronx for some time. I'm more than happy to revisit this place, even just to say hello to Miguel, if I ever plan to stop by the Bronx again. Thanks for everything Miguel!

Stayed here for ten weeks during the summer while working at Montefiore. Great location, as it was close to the hospital and had access to both the 4 and D trains. Miguel was a wonderful host, always keep the place super duper clean and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. Great place for students to stay, will definitely be returning if I’m ever back in the area.

I stayed over Mike's place for 6 months. We shared the apt during my time there. Mike's spot is 5 minutes from Montefiore Hospital with great connections to east and west Manhattan through the 4 and D train. In a few minute's walk, you can get what you need on Bainbridge Av or Gunhill road. Pharmacies, bodegas, delis, depots, local markets for groceries or the local post office. The hood is nice and you feel safe when you walk around. The apt is comfy with a nice view on the Resevoir oval park, and the laundry is located in the lower lobby in the building so that you don't have to find a laundromat to wash your clothes. There's more, actually. Mike is awesome. No other words to describe the guy. He's such a caring person and I felt immediately at ease since the first time I met him. It was nice to feel like being part of his family. Great experience. I would make this choice again and again. Thank you, buddy! Won't forget! Yeahman!
