Linda and Steve were very responsive to all our communications. Linda greeted us at arrival and walked us through all we needed to know. Such a peaceful place … you feel worlds away from all of daily life’s stresses. A quick ride takes you into town by the river with great dining and wonderful people. Rustic and earthy!

It was a good night away for me and my husbands 9 year anniversary! We loved the deck looking out to the pond and all the peaceful trees surrounding the Yurt. The hot tub was a definite plus, wish it was a little warmer but all in all we enjoyed it on the cool night! I would recommend bringing a pillow topper, the beds offered are futons which may have been in the description but I honestly am a very busy homeschooling mom of three and had so much to do the week of booking this… I failed to read everything that I normally would. Also maybe bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper like myself, the dogs woke me up a few times in the night and the geese lol but I truly enjoyed the animals! Just the dog were loud throughout the night and the geese wake you up around 5-6am lol but truly these aren’t complaints this is just a heads up to bringing some extras! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and Book again in the future! The host was an absolute pleasure and such a sweet and helpful host!

Linda and Steven are wonderful and have an extraordinarily special home. We loved the yurt, jacuzzi, but most of all the incredible poetry walks and geese 😊

Its always a treat to stay at the Yurt. I use it for little work retreats. The great scenery, hot-tub, and art filled space are the perfect environment for me and I always leave feeling grounded. Such a treat to be there in spring.
