Hi, I'm Pacharaporn, but I prefer to be called by my nickname, Apple. I was born in Bangkok, I fell in love with Chiang Mai a long time ago, so I live here in Chiang Mai, which reminds me of Paris!. I started letting my house to satisfy a need in the travel and digital nomad market, since no one was looking after the travellers who wanted to rent a house and live like a local for a short period of time in Chiang Mai, without having to sign a very long term contract (of 6 months or more), . this is especially true with online workers (digital nomads) because Chiang Mai is the digital hub of south east asia. . Compared to the choice of staying at a Hostel or a Hotel room We offer the best of both worlds with a fully customised local experience with full access to Free unlimited Internet.. my aim is to help you enjoy and integrate with the local way of life even on your short stay. SO I try to convey my local knowledge in an express form so that you get the full local experience. Especially the ones that all the guide books have missed. For example there is a restaurant just 2 minutes walk from my home where they do meals which originated from persia, but now are integrated in to the Chiang Mai local cuisine, but it's still a secret to all guide books! But not to local celebrities and the ones in the know. What's even more amazing is the cost, less than a US dollar!!!. the best local restaurants, the world famous vegetarian restaurants., the best local markets to source fresh fruit and to explore the wide variety of exotic local fruit and vegetables. Amazingly not many tourists have been to these! even though they are open 24 hours!. I also love Yoga, so I have tried different forms, and I have first hand knowledge of which schools are the best and which ones should be avoided. Again the surprising fact is the heavily marketed ones are not the best schools!. I have been trained as a traditional massage practitioner at the foremost school of massage in bangkok. This helps me to recommended massage course and the best massage places to have a massage.. One of my favourite things in Chiang Mai is discovering how to travel for free, I have discovered ways to explore large parts of the city without having to pay a penny and in the comfort of a taxi! All For free. How to avoid tourist traps, and see places not many tourists have been to. my house provides you STABLE, HIGH-SPEED LAN and WiFi Internet at 10 Mbps , TV, house is fully air conditioned, all the rooms and the sitting room as well. working desk/ breakfast table, large lounge area, Western style toilets, Western style kitchen with microwave, gas cooker with 2 hobs, coffee maker, among other basics all travellers would ever need.. my house is is in the City. Close to the famous north gate jazz club of Chiang Mai, and the tourist centre, but is located in a very quite area in a Thai neighbourhood. We are bi lingual (actually we speak several other languages as well, like Bahasa Malaysia etc)and have a strong working knowledge of Chiang Mai for example if you want to get in touch with the digital nomad scene in Chiang Mai, we can make introductions to lots of friends who call Chiang Mai, their home and work online.
