our first experience with air b&b very impressed with the whole process. John was there to greet us with a welcoming cup of tea, then dropped us and collected from local pub. The airport transfers included in the room rate were a bonus + parking at a reasonable rate! beautiful location

I have been looking forward to returning since I checked out. Everything about my two separate one night stays at John's place was, quite simply, superlative. Delightful location in a barn conversion home on the grounds of a large manor very close to Reigate; pick-up and drop-off service by John was seamless and so convenient; comfortable bedroom with wonderful garden and estate view; spacious bathroom with excellent amenities; breakfasts that are possibly the best I have ever had. Coffee is superb, bacon and ham with outstanding flavour, from a speciality source, perfect home made bread, fresh fruit, yogurt and more. I have spent decades travelling with countless b'nb stays in many countries. As a host John is second to none. He is also a very interesting conversationalist with many fascinating stories to tell. The surrounding Surrey downs are beautiful. So much to see and do. You would need your own vehicle for a longer stay and it would be very worthwhile.

John was a great host, we felt so welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with home made bread, and lots of garden birds to watch. John took us to the airport the following morning which was a great help to us. We enjoyed chatting with John and Judith in the evening over a glass of wine, which he kindly provided. Superb value for money and homely, comfortable surroundings throughout. Thank you so much for a really lovely stay at your beatiful country home, and for the interesting conversation.
