Excellente adresse pleine de charme, calme, avec une jolie terrasse, des hauts plafonds, une belle chambre, un magnifique living et une toute petite cuisine. Idéale pour un couple. Très bien placé aussi, au centre-ville et très bien connecté en transports publics.

Matteo’s place is on a very nice and quiet street and it is quite easy to get around the city with the location as your base. I would have loved to have a place to unpack my clothes and hang some up, but my only option was some hooks in the hallway and the top of his dresser. The apartment is described as “shabby chic,” and things did feel a bit run down. The apartment amenities list AC, which isn’t really accurate. There is a very nice fan, but it’s not the same. Matteo did answer all of my questions promptly, and His manager Blanca was very sweet. The back patio is quite charming and is a great place to sit and read.

Lovely apartment in an absolutely perfect location. Easy walking distance to multiple train stations including Kings Cross/St Pancras and Farringdon (for Gatwick Airport) as well as the theatres, shopping and museums yet in a peaceful and green area of London. The living room and bedroom are more spacious than they appear in the photos. The rear outdoor area is a lovely place on a sunny day. Our only disappointment was not being able to enter the private garden due to restrictions set by the building committee because of Covid fears.

A comfortable flat in a wonderful location. Quiet but close to the City to the east, the institutions of Bloomsbury to the west, the railroad stations to the north. A small but workable kitchen, ample living and bedroom, a layout that runs the full depth of the building giving generous exposure and views of greenery on both the front and back. We loved the experience. Matteo was very attentive.
