This holiday house has the basic living amenities that will make you feel like home. The house is located on the ground floor in a quiet neighborhood by the sea in a city Liznjan (10 km from bigger city Pula). The house has a outdoor terrace with dining area and gas grill and your own parking space beside the house. It is surrounded by large land with olive groves and you have your own garden in which you can pick up fresh and healthy plants for your meals. Nearest beach is just few steps away. This 3 bedroom, airconditioned house that is few steps away from the beach is also just a short drive to the city center of Pula that has historical and cultural monuments (15 min). In the center of Liznjan you have caffes, restaurants, pizzeria and stores. This 3 bedroom house can host up to 6 + 1 persons (possible even a toddler up to 3 years). It has 2 bedrooms each with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room. It has a big living room witch is connected to nice kitchen and eating area, 2 and a half bathrooms, each with shower cabin. On outdoor terrace where you have eating space, you can also relax with a cup of coffe in the morning or a glass of beer or wine after your day of sightseeing. In the first bedroom there is a double bed (1,8 x 2), two nightstands and a sliding closet. This bedroom has it is own bathroom. In the second bedroom there are two single beds each with their nighstand and with one closet. In the third bedroom there is double bed (1,6 x 2) with two nightstands and sliding closet. This bedroom has it is own bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a coffe table and big plasma TV (Wifi with over 300 foreign programs). In the kitchen which has a spacious dinning space there is combined stove with oven, fridge with deep freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dish washing machine and everything else needed to prepare dishes such as bowls, pans, cutlery...In the first bathroom you have washing machine and in the other two you have shower cabins. In the outdoor space there is a dinning set with a table and chairs and barbecue area with a gas grill. Within the house there are two parking spaces for your cars.
